Exam De-stressers!

With the exam season approaching, stress levels will start to rise. Which is why it is important to find ways to balance your school life, work life and most important yourself. Here are a few tips that may help you...

- drink herbal teas (or hot coco ;))

- exercise

- get outdoors

- maintain a social life (express your feelings)

- warm showers or baths

- cook or bake on free time

- listen to music, podcast, comedian segma

- watch your favourite movies or tv shows

- create a schedule to organize your week

- study (in advance, not the night before)

- take study breaks (it is not good to overstudy)

- most important SLEEP & Eat
